Well today's the day!! Flush done!! New Prestone Antifreeze in!! Upper Rad hose changed. Also when I went to Canadian Tire to purchase all of it I found a Prestone flush for the system... The directions are as follows...

Prestone Super Flush
1. With engine off and cool, remove rad cap. *drain rad then close drain cock.
2. Pour entire contents of Prestone Super Flush into rad and fill with water. for systems larger than 11 litres use 2 bottles. Replace rad cap to fully closed position.
3. Run the engine with heater on highest temp setting for 10 min after reaching normal operating temp.
4. With engine off and cool, remove rad cap, drain rad, and close drain cock. Refill with water and replace rad cap to fully closed position. Repeat step 3.
5. Stop engine and allow to cool. Remove rad cap, drain system and close drain cock. Add enough recommended coolant to achieve a 50/70% concentration. Top up rad with water. Replace rad cap to fully closed position. Run engine for 20 min to mix coolant/water.
6. If equipped with a non pressurized coolant reservoir, rinse, drain, and refill with a 50/70% solution of the coolant and water.

We used a 60/40 solution though....
