95 is a strange year.
In 95 the Grand Am had an ODB 1.5 computer. GM only used this for one year in the n-body's.

People who tune ODB 1 won't touch it.
People who tune ODB 2 won't touch it.
There are no people I know of that will tune the ODB 1.5 system.
But that's not to say they arn't out there.

I'm not really sure what to tell you, other than your options are limited.

Actually OBD1.5 was used in 94 as well. This setup was very similar to OBDI but had a flash ROM like the upcoming OBDII setups. As far as I know there is no aftermarket solution to tune these computers. The only way to do so is with a GM tech station. Eventhough all dealerships have them, none of them are allowed to modify the tuning without specific authorization from GM. I'm assuming for liability reasons.

The best way around it is to do a computer/wiring harness swap with either an OBDI or OBDII system. OBDII is probably the best since 96-98 GA's use the exact same chassis with the new computer.

On 60degreev6.com there is a member who owns a 95 and a 96 grand prix. The 95 has a lot of engine work but claims his stock 96 pulls harder eventhough they have the same chassis and powertrain.
