Quick questions

well ive been getting more hours at work, equaling bigger paychecks(plus a raise was nice). Ive got a '93 gagt that ive had since i got my license. she has endured quite a bit. now im looking at getting a newer car finally. 1) the car still works very well, but with some cosmetic flaws. 198k on original engine(very clean though) only threw in red LEDs, 10" sub, amp, new 6x9s, new deck, converted it to single exhuast, and put in new chip. what would be a decent asking price for it? 2) whats a newer car (95-05 range preferably, unless you know of better) with nice stock specs and room for customizing? looking at all options for it. anything helps :)

Re: Quick questions

I have a 93 GAGT as well .. don't really drive here anymore but it's in great condition and just can't let her go!

KBB Private Party value on a 93GAGT in excellent condition with 198,000 miles is
$1,550.

Chances are, if you list it, people will run KBB and expect it to be that price. My advice, if you don't need the money, just keep it :)

Re: Quick questions

i would keep it, but i don't feel like packing up a bunch of vehicles around the house. i already have my truck as my back up vehicle, but looking for a newer vehicle and getting rid of it.

Re: Quick questions

ive heard some bad stuff about craigslist, and hear just a lot of kids screw around on it ticking people off.... and i was looking at selling at about $1000 without the sub and amp. that about right? the kit was about 300 including installation when i put it in.

Re: Quick questions

That is under KBB value so it seems fair to me. I mentioned CraigsList because I had great success with it .. listed and sold in 2 days a car I had ..
