4.3l to 350 engine swap

I have a 1991 silverado 1500 with a 4.3L V6 the motor is about to go and im thinkin bout puttin in a 350 how much trouble would this be

it would not b that hard all u would have to do is go to the scrap yard get the 350 mounts out of a 91 silverado and if u dont want to piss with any electrical bs just carborate it it would not b a hard swap im doing it with my 93 blazer thats a lil more difficult
