Black Bear Performance tune review

As my sig says, I have an 01 CC SB with the 8.1L and the Allison. Since he could not tune the tranny, he only charged $125 for the tune, and $100 for the new PCM.

I got the new PCM installed a couple of days ago. I went with a 91 oct tune, since my truck is not a daily driver. All I can say is holy sh*t. My butt dyno can tell a huge difference.

I was pretty timid for the first 20-25 minutues to make sure everything was working properly. I had the cruise set at 45 on my county road and punched it WOT. I hit 80 mph in what felt like a blink of an eye. My wife said she even got butterflies in her stomach!!!!!

By far the best $$$ I have ever spent on this truck. I know for sure now there is a big block under the hood!
