They still make it, they realized that there was still a market for them and will probably continue to sell them until the demand dies down. Sort of like what they did with Oldsmobile during the last few years of its life.

They still make it cause of a few reasons.
Its a 2-door SUV, one of only a few on the market including the 2-door Exporer Sport It's Cheap to keep making it. No development needed cause its been around sense the 80's. Same thing they are doing with the Malibu, cep they started calling it the Classic. There are a few other reasons, but I'm really hungry right now and can't think
