Disabling The Knock Snesor

whats up people,

Any info on disabling the knocksensor on my 2001 chevy tahoe....with the BLOWER AND evereuthing else, the knock sensor is under the throtle/intake system...any short cuts, with out setting of the check engine or other trouble code?

any one?
