Oil psi gauges

I was wondering if anyone makes an oil pressure gauge with an alarm? I know there made for boats. The highest psi I have found is 0-80 I am waiting for my 383 stroker, 504 hp with 498 ft lb tork. Im not sure 0-80 will be high enough for the new motor? Or will it? Loss of fluid locked up the previous motor and I want to keep tabs on pressure this time and the alarm is for my husbands attention. Thanks!
