A/C Recharge

Any body know if the a/c recharge kits work. they range in price from $10 -$40. i heard if you need a recharge then you have a leak. i dont know. some of the recharge kits even say "added lubricating oil and leak sealer" has any one used one of these?

have your a/c professionally recharged. that way, if there are any problems, they will give you the option of fixing it
