There's only one SC available for the 3400 at this point and it's from RSM. Retail is $4500 and service with RSM for most of the GA community has been mediocre so I'd be wary. It'll cost roughly 1-2K to install professionally. I wouldn't buy anything from mantapart.com period. Shitty service, horrible stock and ship times.
Honestly, head over to www.grandamgt.com and do a couple searches. All these topics have been covered in depth numerous times and you could learn a lot.

New to Forum - Superchargers and Turbochargers
Hello:
I am about to purchase a 1993 Chevy C1500 Silverado. This is my first pickup ownership. Obviously I have a zillion questions but will only ask a few for now. The pickup runs on LPG. Some boo-hoo it, but here in western Canada at least there are a lot of refuling facilities. I am told that other than the shorter range, it will have excellent towing capabilities since it will run cooler. Besides that, I have recently surfed the Net and magazine stands for accessories and add-ons. My interest therefore is in things like chargers, headers, cold air intakes, etc. Lowering kits, which I know nothing about but they look cool. I have a 1984 V-12 Jaguar that I have restored and am wanting something cool to haul it with. So my questions are 1. Can you put a blower on an LPG vehicle? 2. Where can I find header information for said vehicle? 3. Maybe this is the wrong forum, but I have seen those big 28" rims on some vehicles and wonder how can those be installed without an adopter plate or are the rims bolt pattern machined to match the OEM standard? 4. Again, maybe the wrong forum, but I saw a 93 Silverdao that looked like a late model one. Where can I get the mod kits to do that? and finally; 5. Is there a virtual website that will allow me to play dressup so that I can try various combinations to see what they look like before I buy? THere is a website called Kal Tire is Canada's largest independent tire dealer with over 230 stores in the virtual section that allows you to add rims and tires to your vehicle. I was wondering if there was one for adding caps, top, paint colors, ground effects, etc. I hope to hear from somone soon, as I think this is the best place to go for for advice. Tony |
