Noisy Tensioner Pulley 3.1L

Any One Have The Same Problem I Do With A Noisy Tensioner Pulley? Its Like A Scratching sound sounds like the pully is going bad but on the tensioner arm theres no bolt to remove pully? Any One Got An Idea?

unless i am mistaken, which is very possible, there should be a bolt to remove it

There should be a bolt.

Early on when I had my Grand Am. The Belt tentioner broke off and we had the dealer replace it ($300 I think). At the time my dad didn't want to work on it because "The engines pointed the wrong way" and I didn't have the tooling time/knowhow.
