Throttle body

would a throttle body from a grand prix fit on my impala?

um if its from the same engine then theoretically yes... but you may have small differences like throttle cable hookups and such...

3800 n/a should isnt htat what its in the impalas?

the 05 impala's has three engine options. 3400, 3800 N/A, and 3800 Supercharged.
These engines each have differant TB, and are not interchangeable between them (IE TB from a 3800 n/a will not fit a 3800 SC).
If you have a 3800 SC and you get a TB from a GP 3800 SC it will fit. As darkfox said the fittings might be differant. If they are differant you will need to take the fittings from your stock TB, and put them on the new TB.

Edit: There might be a differance between the Series II 97-03 GP's and Series III 04-06 GP's TBs.

lol. i got the lowly 3400. ok. heres one: where can i get a replacement throttle body with a round inlet instead of the oval inlet?
