Problems....
-Leak behind oil filter adapter, new gasket, $0.69. -Connection in the VSS managed to get disconnected, respliced. -Dented fuel filter, leaked, replaced. -Realinging cradle, BFH. -Broken cradle bolt, to be fixed. -Bad control arms, replaced with new, $320. Check yours. I'll bet they are bad. A few other things here and there.

We started late Saturday afternoon...went till around 11:30. Sunday, 12-10. Monday 10-10. Thats not soild....we had a lot of trips to the part store, food runs, and coffee runs. We could of been done a lot sooner given warmer weather, a better garage, and air tools.

As was the injector harness... And oil spout... And AC pump.... And downpipe (this will change though). Little bastard pulls nicely though. I think it might actually be as fast or a touch faster than my car from a roll........we'll see if it has enough torque to outgun my MASSIVE gearing advantage. Now he REALLY needs an ECU flash because that silly 107mph governor comes up even faster now.

one more question, Now will the exhaust manifolds from the 3400 meet up with the downpipe thats already on the car? I read the swap manual but I don't remember anything about that. Thanks.

DHP has been giving Canada the run around and say they will only do 97+ ECU's or somesuch. Fastchip does an OBDI 3100 reflash for $300 but it's NOT as comprehensive as the work DHP does, and is essentially just a governor delete. Superchip and JET have also advertised 3100 OBDI work before as well........but I'd stay a LONG way away from JET.

DHP did do Kalvins.....thats how I found out about them in the first place....I happened to find Kalvin on 60degreeV6.com.
The 3100 ecu will run a 3400 with no sweat. You have to use the rear manifold, IF and only if you do NOT want to rebuild your exhaust. If you want to use the higher flowing rear 3400 manifold, then you have to make a new downpipe. The flange is different. I highly recommend doing this. The 4T60-E is supposedly heavier built transmission....the 4T60-E is rated at 280 ft-lbs, and the 4T45-E is only 205 ft-lbs (Grand Am GT's peak torque). There is also a matter of gearing...and the fact that I don't believe the stock 3100 ecu will run the 45-E. There HAS to be an auxillary transmission cooler installed.
