We run a Sport Compact Class. It used to be called Pony Stocks but after I won the Championship they decided that the Pinto and Mustang era was at an end.

OK.My brother in law ran Late Models and ASA in the 80`s.They had Street Stocks at the local half mile track which were Pintos,Chevettes and the like.SSounds similar to that.Fun and not too much $$ I gueSS compared to campaigning a LM or ARCA car now.What does it run in a half mile low 20`s I would think?

Sorry for the late response but we just wrapped up our racing season with the Willow Springs Raceway 2 day test and tune.

I have a friend up in Washington State that shows his 96 SS (Clay Micheau). He goes to quite a few shows and I see his car on the web occasionally.

He's a member of the Impala SS Club of America.
