3800 swap, and transmission?

I'm currently running a 3800 series I . Where would be the best place to find a l67 motor for a swap? I wish I could have had them put one in instead of the series I motor when I had a new engine dropped in. What all would be involved in swapping to the new engine? would the stock transmission work, or is it a different one for the l67?

A new engine isn't really something I absolutely need, but I love seeing the look on someone's face when theyre burned by a buick, and I don't really know of any mods for the series I that I could do. I've already put a mild exhaust, and might gut the cat.
