Re: any ideas?

could always change to a set of shorter rear end gears for faster acceleration off the line

sscavy is on a distinguished road
Re: any ideas?

Find yourself a set of heads / cam / rockers / lifters / pushrods off of a 1998 3.4 or newer. Then add the camaro lower / upper intake manifold. The cam is a roller cam from the factory on the 98 + 3.4 engines. Should be a nice gain! You could use the intake manifolds off of the FWD vehicles but it would stick the throttle body out to the back of the engine bay lol... might not work for ya! And get rid of the fan for an electric like stated above! cooler thermostat and a nice diet should wake her right up!!! Thats a quick budget build for a few ponies!
