help with cam timing

I am in a little bit of a bind and need help with the timing of my cams for my
"92" 3.4 dohc. I followed the manual to the letter in setting the the rear bank of cams and now what is happening is I can't rotate the crankshaft to set the front bank of cams. The engine is on a stand and it does not interfere with the crank, the cam sprockets are suppose to freewheel (yes the bolts are loose) but I cannot even budge the crank. HELP , any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated

It takes a little bit of muscle to spin the crank. But if you definately cant move it, something is wrong. Start taking stuff off till you can spin it, and work your way back up.

Cant turn crank= dont even think about puting that back into the car.
