Have you checked the timing? Maybe the cam is a tooth (or more) off?

Yeah Everything Is Done It Has Spark & Fuel, It's In Time And He Tries To Start Very Strong...If You Read Up I Have Almost Done Everything...

Well People I Thank You For All Your Support And Help During This Task...I Have Finally Found The Problem. PCM. My Car Started But Since He Had The Fuel Tank Almost Empty I Turned It Off...I Exchanged The PCM From The Other Lumina Here So Soon With The Video When I Get The New PCM...Thanks To All...Check For The Video Soon!!!
