My Bird Doesn't Start...H.E..L...P!!!!!!

Hey All I Now Have A Firebird And The Lumina...My Firebird Doesn't Start...He Is A 3.4L V6 STD, He Was Running Fine...Till 6 P.M. I Was Vaccuming The Car And When I Took It Out...Started But Then Died...Started It Again And Died. I Tried The Gas Pedal, Started It And When I Push The Gas Pedal Down The Revs Went Down When I Released The Pedal The Revs Went Up...After That Never Started Again...I Was Almost Empty So I Went For Gas And Tried Again...Nothing But It's Late At Night And I Don't See A Thing...Tomorow I'm Gonna See What I Can Do...Any Idea? Ahh And Also When Starting It Like 5 Minutes Ago I Got Two or Three Backfires... Help Me With This...Are These Car Like Mustangs? They Have A Relay Under The Driver's Seat That If You Take It Off It Cuts Off The Power For The Fuel Pump...A Relay Gone Bad? Fuses? This Car Has Been In My Hands Like 2 Weeks So I Know Nothing About Them. Help Me...
