pacesetter headers

I just put a set on a friends grand prix looked OK I had to clean up where the EGR was welded into the header with a grinder and the fit of the slip on Y-connector to the cat is a pain to seal but at the price it's a good deal.

Re: pacesetter headers
I had some installed on a '86 Nissan for about 6 months before I rebuilt the engine and found a better quality and style header...the quality of the headers sucked and the fit was lousy tooo. As was stated the EGR bung on the header did not allow the factory tube to mount correctly and they contacted the lower control arm mount on the frame...so the installer had to remove and re-install the EGR bung and notch the frame for clearance...and these guys claim they're built on a jig assembly so that they don't have any problems...I consider them recycle material...

Re: pacesetter headers
pacesetter headers are notorious for poor build quality. they are cheap but i would stay away from them and get something a little better.
