Torque on heads, exhaust and intake manifold

I had a blown head gasket on a 00' grand am gt,3.4L, i have everything out and have the new gaskets and head bolts, but not to sure on what the torques are for the heads, intake and exhuast, and if theres a certain pattern they have to be torqued at. Can anyone help me out with that info?

Re: Torque on heads, exhaust and intake manifold

Head bolts are 33 ftlbs then 90* after they are all to 33lbs (follow the same sequence, inside to out).

Lower manifold...

1. Tighten the vertical lower intake manifold bolts (1) to 7N·m (62 lb in).
2. Tighten the diagonal lower intake manifold bolts (2) to 7N·m(62 lb in).
3. Tighten the vertical lower intake manifold bolts (1) to 13N·m(115 lb in).
4. Tighten the diagonal lower intake manifold bolts (2) to 25N·m(18 lb ft).

Parts Information

Part Number Description Qty
89017279 Intake manifold Gasket 1
11588915 Intake manifold bolt - short 4
11588914 Intake manifold bolt - long 4

It's suggested by GM to replace all the lower mani and head bolts.

Are you sure it's a head gasket? The Lower intake manifold like to leak on these engines and mimick's a head gasket failure.
