2000 7.4L Intake Manifold

Hello, I'm new to the game here so it may take a little to get the flow. Here is my question if there is someone that can help me? I'm going to replace the intake gasket on a 2000 Chevy K3500 454 7.4L (J). Does any have any sites from GM that I could veiw to get the proper torque for the intake plenum, and intake manifold? I have looked online at Chilton's but I don't feel confident with what they are telling me?

no not really and the manifolds did not tell you how hard to torque? I would call up chevy, but that SS truck is old and was not a popular truck for repairs. it actually held up really good.
