Going on 160,000 miles on the Silverado

Anything I should start paying closer attention to? It's all highway driving .. it's my daily driver / work truck.

Damn, that's a lot of miles for a 2003.

The only thing I can think of is check all the rubber bushings and make sure they are in good condition. (like the engine mounts, where the bed bolts up, door seals and exhaust).

Just keep doing the normal scheduled maintenance, and you should have that truck along time.

Have you had any problems with it yet? Warrantee replaces or otherwise?

No problems at all .. replaced the brakes at 100,000 miles .. ran through 2 sets of tires so far .. nothing major at all. I do oil changes every 3000 miles (I know I could go longer), but it's running strong as hell!

I don't know what motor you have, i'm assuming it's a 5.3, but just keep up on oil changes, but the biggest suggestion would be a transmission service. Drain all the fluid and replace the tranny filter, and then new fluid, it's a big service that a lot of people overlook.
