dude i think u gotta b a helluva lot more patient than i am. i finally got my block clean enough to paint today. n its red, of the fire engine type. but my dad wont let me use his sandblaster cause ill get sand the motor. hand scrapin w a damn gasket scraper... n im definitely not gonna go all out like u did. but some will get canary yellow. props for takin the time to do the whole damn thing tho lol

ill give you a hint for how i did it, i got carberator cleaner to it and it got rid of most of it then took some major oil eating soap to it and it was spots less 2 hours and done. no fights with the motor no strain nothing just a little water and soap and your done.

urs musta been a hell of a lot cleaner than mine was lol. dirt n grease baked on it... went through 8 cans of brake cleaner AFTER scraping it. n i still didnt get it completely clean. but its in now. just got home from filming in the badlands. gonna put the damn fuel pump in tomorrow. and please God let that b the last. damn this got expensive fast.
