so i have an 89 cavalier z24.. i swapped the 2.8 for a 3.1 but now im looking to get more and more power... im looking for any supercharger or turbo setup anyone has ever done on a car like this.... or even a 3400 or 3800 swap

if you want to do a 3800 swap check out L67swap.com they have a ton of info and helped me out on mine.

what does anyone think of nitrous on a 3.1 and what kind of kit?

nitrous should be a good power boost, but do not over do it because the 3.1 is not very tough. I suggest a dry kit ... it's cheap and easy.

I'm planning on buying a 99 sunfire GT an i would like to put a supercharger on it too, but i cant find a supercharger kit for the 96 - 99 2.4l There is one for the 2000 - 2002 but why can't it fit the olders 2.4 ? can it be modify to fit ? is it hard or is it just a question of changing the ECU ?
