a good rule of thumb is no more then 25 on stock pistons and rods, i suggest no more then 50 shot and be sure it is set up right.

On a Ecotec? I've seen 50 shots all day...and for sure the L67 can take a 150 shot all day if tuned right...

2.4 twin cam LD9. Most Ive notice one can take no problem is 50 shot.
As far as the turbo, your going to have to go with a custom setup since there isnt one for this engine. The MAIN part you need to get ahold of is the turbo manifold.

Pretty sure you can use a 14b turbo off of a 1st Gen DSM car (4G63 powered)...and possibly even the turbo manifold.
