Engineered Performance
You have probably noticed the Engineered Performance banner ad and information in the sponsors section on the main page. As you know Engineered Performance handled the engine swap on the promo car, which has been complete for about 2 months. Information is being held back until we can get quality pictures and videos on the site. Currently the car is in my garage and isn't going to be moving until the ice melts away. I have been under ice and snow for a month it seems!
More information will be posted in the coming weeks.

PICS
Here are some pictures Jeff snapped when the car was still in Atlanta. As soon as the weather breaks I am going to take pics and vids at my place with my camera. Please stand by. Thanks.

Is that a GTP engine?
And if you guys did all that work, why not take the extra 30 min and clean out the engine bay whie the engine was out
All in all, looks like a nice setup

Yes, it's a GTP engine. The engine compartment detailing was not done b/c with then engine coming in/out so many times, by the last install I didn't want to pull it out again! Besides, there is some body work that needs to be done to repair a previous minor front-end collision, so Jason will have to have it "Jamz"-ed out anyway (sorry about the pun!). Here at EP, it's "function before form". Clean engine compartments don't make fast cars! WE make fast cars!
The white car has a 2.3Quad4/5speed with a custom Engineered Performance turbo kit. It made 225HP on 12psi.
The rear disc brakes are a mix of Fiero parts and custom fabricated mounting calipers. The ABS still works, too!
The green GT sedan was mine, but I regretfully sold it Spring '03. I see that picture and it makes me wish I hadn't. I bought the car new in Aug. '94. It had a recurring intake leak and I got tired of messing with it.

It's kind of hard to make out, but that was 114.9 with the 3.3 and 213.8! with the 3.8SC. That's 100HP at the wheels! These engines usually only put 195-197 to the wheels stock. I built a 3" exhaust, it has a K&N cone filter, and custom chip tuning, all on a stock 3.8" pulley and NO OTHER ENGINE MODS. That's 30+HP with intake/exhaust, chip!
Both runs were made in second gear. The difference in speed was due to a final drive ratio change (2.xx with the 3.3/3-speed 125 trans and 3.42 in the 3.8/4T60E combo)

The cosmetic work is going to be done once the weather breaks. The kit will hopefully be installed and the car will get a paint job. The engine bay will also be cleaned up and all that good stuff.
