GM Performance Tuning Search Engine Optimization Campaign

I wanted to provide everyone with some website updates for the new year! We opened the year up with a new design! Now, are are going one step further. The biggest complaint I hear is the site isn't as active as many would like. Over the past few years the site has been up and down, slowly growing. My day time job is working for a web optimization company and in the past year I've learned a great deal.

So, I am pleased to announce GMPT is going to have a mega Search Engine Optimization campaign kick-off. What the hell is SEO? Search Engine Optimization. To sum it up, we are sitting on over 60,000 pages of content. Lots of great content! But, content Google and other's cannot pickup since it's dynamic. But, in the wonderful world of .com you can do things to fix this and to optimize your pages. That's what we are doing.

End result, a website that will start getting more traffic that is QUALIFIED. What I mean is we will get traffic from people looking for GM content.

Programs like this take time and to be quite honest sometimes don't work. So, bare with me and hopefully we will all enjoy a much more active website in the near future.
