Update your profiles!!!
The profile field has a lot more options now. You can upload a picture of yourself and much more .. it's a great feature to be able to see who you are actually chatting with on-line.

User CP, edit profile picture .. You should be able to see it .. If not let me know. May be a permissions problem.
