Attn Winamp users
A major security vulnerability has been found. The vulnerability would allow execution at user level on you PC - a very bad thing.
Solution 1 - upgrade to the latest 5.03a - http://www.winamp.com Solution 2 - disable Fasttracker 2 module support. (I doubt anyone plays these files that often, I have < 10 and I used to collect modules before the MP3 days) Instructions to do this are here: http://www.nextgenss.com/advisories/winampheap.txt

Update: Method #2 will not work on Winamp 2.x
But... you can replace 'in_mod.dll' with the same file from the newest version. If you want the latest in_mod.dll file without downloading/installing the new winamp, PM or IM me. Edit: or not. Modules won't play. :( (tho not a big deal if you never play them) Edit2: It works if you swap from version 2.95 to earlier versions, then you can use method #2 and play .mod .it .s3m
