Wow talk about overcharging people!! I got rid of this worm earlier this week with just a worm removal download from grisoft, the norton one did not work for me. From what I have read, if you have not downloaded the latest window updates then you are screwed and you are gonna get this virus, which really sucks!!

yuppers well we do provide a service if your to lazy to turn your updates on. lol or get proper virus protection. i feel bad on the nice people and usualy givem em a break bu tthe jack ass people who bitch and blame it on someone esle i dont mind, lol but this is what we usualy charge forf virus removal and a hella lot cheaper than most places charging 100 to 150 for the removal alone
