Secure place online to store Files?

My uncle is looking for a place where he and his business partner can store the business files online.

Normally, I'm pretty good about knowing where to go for stuff like this, but I keep all my documents on a USB key, and don't have a good solution for this.

I tried using Goggle's Documents program, but converted the file to their format. This isn't going to work for them.
