you and the rest of us, are in two differnet worlds

most of us drink or something now and then but arent real big users so "soberity" isnt something we prioritize like you do.....thats why everyones views are clashing here.

oooo, women, yucky for me right now, my ex is threatening to take me to small claims court if i dont pay her back for all the stuff she bought me while we were dating, yea it BLOWS. i think ill just give her all the stuff back, hopefully ill be ligit then.

that is just completely screwed up. i guess that some people still believe in indian giving.... i would just give it back to her if i were you. court costs too much for something so petty. :(

you are exactly right. most of the people on here don't have a problem, therefore don't have to deal with the issue. i do, and i have to make sure that it is number one in my life..... Angel is right up there with my soberity because i now spend my time on her that i used to spend in my addiction. some might think that is stupid or childish.... i dont care b/c its what keeps me sober :cool:

the thing is angel that any guy that would make you loose your sobriety isn't worth your time. You need to look for a guy that is worth your time... one that will support you and help you become a better person, to complete you and make you strong where you are weak...

so i really wouldn't look at it they way you are. Now since you DONT have someone in your life... i can see sobriety being the #1 thing but all the same, you can't say that it will always be. If someone comes along that is special enough, that (hopefully) won't be the case... and you can let him be the priority in your life.
