Carl`s Stereo Plus Pickups in Sharonville.

This is to inform you on what happened to my truck on Tuesday while having my truck worked on at Carl`s Stereo Plus Pickups in Sharonville.

I was having my laser jammers looked at since they malfunctioned when I got back from Somernites.While working on the truck they lifted the lambo door and hood too far causing the door to gouge the hood.The hood needs to be repainted and cleared with an estimate of $476.00.Carl the owner ,refused to pay for the damages caused by one of his techs.He claims they didn`t know that the doors couldn`t be fully raised with the hood up.They have worked on my truck numerous times in the last two years and have had no issues because they knew not to do this.


I am writing this to suggest that you do NO business with Carl`s in the future.There is no way I should have to pay out of pocket for THEIR screw up.I have spent many thousands of dollars there over the last two years and referred many more thousands as well.


I filed a complaint with the BBB yesterday and am filing a small claims lawsuit in Sharonville on Friday.

I am posting this on all my forums and websites as a warning to others to avoid Carl`s.

UPDATE: I am happy to report the situation has come to a full and satisfactory conclusion as of today.
