Cruise In

I am not a member of any of you guys/gals car clubs,but there is a cruise in this Saturday at the Valley Mall in Hagerstown,MD a friend told me today.He said it is a yearly event with alot of cars showing up.Has anyone heard of it and if so,who's going?I am going to try and make it.Not really sure of the time so if anyone knows for sure the info would be appreciated.
