Talking 1 more new face

hey guys i'm new livin it up in North Carolina, i've had my 96 grand prix for a few years, but now i'm wantin a lil performance and style out of it. i just don't know where to get the performance parts i just seem to be able to find import parts and things of that nature, which works for my probe. what i really want to do is swap out my 3.1 and put in a gtp engine i just don't know what all i need like axles or transmission, so any help is appreciated, and i'll gladly help anyone if i can.

Welcome!

3800 swap would take a lot of work on the wiring. Its a completely different motor.

You could go with the 3400/3500 swap. Much easier, significant power gains, aftermarket support, and you can still use your transmission.

Bigger doesnt always mean better.

Search about the 3400 and/or 3500 swap.
