Another Road Trip? - GM Performance Tuning

Hey everyone!

I was thinking that we'd have to do one more road trip before summer ends, and before some of us go back to school and such.

I'm thinking that it would just be to Fargo for a weekend. Nice short trip, and gets us away from the hectic city life. We'd leave on a Friday (doesn't matter when, i mean it's only a 4 hour drive... 3 if we do it right :P) and come back on a Sunday, unless we plan to go the August Long, though I'm not 100% sure if I have it off work and what not.

I'm trying to figure out whats happening in Fargo. I'm talking with the guys at Tintmasters to find out if there are any open-to-anyone car shows / show 'n shines happening in or around the Fargo area. Worst case, there isn't any, but I know for a fact that the people on FargoStreet (it's like WinnipegHeights, but a lot smaller... and for ND) have a BBQ Every Sunday @ Pebble Lake Beach (Fergus Falls). When I was down over May long my brother and I went, and they were all really nice, and very welcoming to us, considering that we were from out of town (though I gave them a heads up before hand to make sure it was fine).

I'm not sure about hotels yet, but I of at least one motel to stay at. It's called the Come 'on Inn, and I stay there all the time with my family. It's got a courtyard and everything, and I believe the rooms are $99 a night, but that's before any discounts. There may even be other places, though I'd highly suggest this place.

That's an idea. A short'er overnight style trip or a two day'er sounds like it would workout fine. Since Fargo is only a 3 hour drive, then it shouldn't be much of an issue. Stop maybe in Grand Forks( 2 hour drive) for a bit.

I would have to happen on a long weekend for me. just because of the way things are right now. But keep this thread updated.

Entrance: $45
Electricity: $50

Clubs who enter must have a nice display, so like TV's showing off the club and crap like that. Also, when at the FargoDome, your car's battery must be disconnected and your tank must have at most, 1/4 of a tank....
