The Grand AM is no more!
On February 24/2006 the storage facility I was storing my vehicle in for the winter collapsed. This early on in the investigation the cause is still unknown, but what I do know is that my car will be written off. Once a crew comes in to take away the roof I will get more shots of my car and hopefully by mid March I will have them up here.
For now check out this site to see what my car now looks like.

Sorry to hear that, is there anyway they can fix it? Or is the roof really bad?

WOW that is aboslutely terrible luck. I'm sorry to hear that happened to you. Keep us updated on the news. Also, were there any vintage cars involved in this fiasco? There are usually some super fancy cars in these sorts of storage facilities.

awe no, That sucks. It might be fixable, but at least nobody was hurt. I'm sure something good will come of all this.
If your car is written off then you can buy it back and have the storage location pay for the extra damages that the money from autopac doesnt cover. Its actually the storage owners responcibility for the vehicle so his insurance should be covering this from the begining. Worst case you can take him to court and, you would most likely win because the vehicle was in his care.
Good Luck.

That was imo a textbook example of a clean and nice 4th(?) gen GA.

I cool I never knew that site even existed. Any ya I'm pretty sure it will be written off, there’s structural damage to the roof and hood and my windows are done plus I'm pretty sure something hit the passenger side but I haven’t got a look at it yet, there is still to much debris on that side. Since I was keeping it at my girlfriends place I’m not to interested in suing her dad. Other vehicles that were involved though was a 2005 Ford Lightning, 99 Silverado, a boat, horse trailer, some farm equipment and a couple of tractors. Oh and a 93Grand AM. So it looks as if I’ll be looking for a new car. Not too sure about buying another GA though, I'm looking a 2000+ Monte Carlo SS or a 2004+ GTP. Hopefully by next week I can get my car out of there and strip it down, and get everything I want out of it.

It's too bad about the car. Hopefully you'll have better luck with whatever else you end up getting in the future.
