The GT is Locked up safe and the SE is Club'd.

But I wonder when the house will go up for sale once it is seized?

it'll take forever. The house that were seized in st. vital this summer, still aren't for sale yet. Besides, you don't want to buy a house that had a grow op in it. The walls might have mold growing in them due to the high humidity. The smell will take forever to get rid of. And grow op houses usually means bad crowds were in there. So if some of them don't know the house was seized, you might wind up having a bunch of weird people coming by. Putting you and your possessions at risk.
