I also seen a Ga with Grand Prix rims on it. That looks good. i didn;t know that it was the same bolt pattern.

there are definitely a good number of modded GAs out there that we haven't been able to connect with (whether we like what they've done or not). I have seen that one with the big spoiler too.
Rob, I just stay away from all malls this time of year (esp. St. Vital!). And shame on you for shopping at Wal-Mart

Re: Manitoba Grand Am Club
That sucks Rob :( Shopping malls are a pain this time of year, just like curt said. I personally park all the way at the back and hope no one parks beside me. I don't mind a little walk :D

Re: Manitoba Grand Am Club
Sorry to hear that Rob. I was driving down St. Mary's today and a Silver SE passes me in the curb lane and pulls infront of the van ahead of me. About 6 blocks later there ia a truck crossing and stops in the median, blocking 1/2 the lane. I slow down and let him go and then see the GA pulled off to the side of the road with the driver fender ripped open like a tin can, peeled back in about a 3 foot section about a foot wide sticking out 90 degrees from the car.
I lol'ed.

Re: Manitoba Grand Am Club
Well are we still up for some karting this weekend? Yuo guys were talking about going to speedworld this sunday or sat. What would everyone prefer?
Sat. we can probably do more and stay out later ( some can).
A meet time of around 7pm might be an idea. Or would you like to go for Dinner first then karting after?
Post up the ideas, and please no coalitions. This is a democratic club. LOL

Re: Manitoba Grand Am Club
How about we put off the Go Karting til Larissa arrives later on this month.
If anyone instead wants to do a Movie or Burgers for Sunday post it up.

Re: Manitoba Grand Am Club
I made a post in the Show 'n Shine thread, but i'll post it here as well.
On Sunday, where ever we decided to go, can we also have a nice chat about the Show 'n Shine... and try to figure out some things? These things take a while to plan, and would love to start planning it ASAP.

Re: Manitoba Grand Am Club
sooo the -47 weather so quickly and never ending, has gotten to my poor grand am. The escort has said fuck you all together and the grand am looks like she is going to give up soon too, considering you can plug it in and it barely starts too. HOWEVER, my SECURITY light is stuck on, it says in the book that the car has no security and is not protected by pass lock. Im not worried it will be stolen, but i know this needs to be looked into. I dont really want to take it to a dealer if i dont have too, anyone know anyway to fix it without taking to a dealer? (unplug the battery cables for 10 mins or something?)

Re: Manitoba Grand Am Club
Well it could be a number of things. If the car starts and the light is on, it could be that there is an issue with the passlock on the car. If the car isn't starting then there is a process to reset the security on the car.
I would say from experience that it is most likely the ignition module on the car that is going. That can affect several areas and cause the security light to go off. (That's my guess)
Sometimes all it needs is to be cleaned. Without seeing everything it is hard to make a firm diagnosis, but it is always best to start with a clean old device before having to get a new one.
To install a new one isn't super bad but can cost a bit of coin.
