Re: Wtf

Flash flood due to heavy rain Thurs. July 9 Jubilee underpass southbound Pembina Hwy. The water was so high it was up to some cars bumpers. Note in one of the pictures: North-bound traffic. a car is stalled in the median lane entering the under pass, and a grey Grand Am decides to drive through the water in the middle of the center and right lane, then stalls. This = some pissed off people as Absolutely NO TRAFFIC can get by Northbound Pembina Hwy. Traffic was backed up to McGillivary Blvd

Re: Wtf

people think that driving fast through water won't harm anything. Until they get water on their spark plugs and wonder what the hell.

Re: Wtf

Question re muffler:
Cars that drive through the water should be ok as long as they make it through and water won't get into the muffler, but the cars that stall in the water and the muffler fills with water, what kind of damage occurs?

Re: Wtf

you might suck water into the engine i think, if not your entire exhaust pipes will be full and hard to drain. not exactly sure. But i know if your engine is still on and your tail pipe is submerged, you're gonna suck up water. Hence snorkel kits
